Return Policies
We hope you’ll love your rug for years to come, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on rug purchases. Textiles and decor are final sale.
The buyer must notify us of their intent to return their rug within 3 days of delivery and return ship within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in its original condition and a full refund will be issued minus our cost of shipping to you.
